Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong item or incorrect size.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Cosmetics, personal care products, and jewellery (unless damaged or incorrect) due to hygiene reasons.
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective).
Refund Process
- Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
